Wanted: Call Center Agents
Job Description:
* Takes customer calls in an inbound call center environment.
* Responsible for relationship building and account management while resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner.
* Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
* Will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals by applying effective needs analysis and sales offer strategy by queue policy.
Qualifications:
* At least 3rd year college preferred.
* Substantial experience in customer contact, sales and/or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
* Excellent verbal, sales and negotiation skills required.
* Must be dynamic, flexible, open to working shifting schedules, good in negotiating, and thrives in a team environment.
* Required language(s): English.
